Returns policy

Full-Priced Items:

You have a worry-free 10-day window for a full refund, exchange or store credit from the date of delivery should you wish to return any item that isn’t quite right for you. To qualify, your item(s) must meet the following eligibility criteria:        

  1. Your item still has the tag attached, and the original packaging it came in
  2. Your item has not been washed,  worn or altered in any way
  3. You have lodged your return with us via email within 10 days of delivery (email address)
  4. Your item was not purchased as a final sale or clearance item
  5. Your item is not earrings, cosmetics, fragrances, and toiletries

We regret that we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for certain items including earrings, cosmetics, fragrances, and toiletries. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and safety of our products.

Please email us at info@linensandtreasures.co.nz as soon as you decide to return an item, and/or if you have any questions about your order.


Sale Items:

All sale items are considered final and we regretfully cannot accommodate refunds on these items.


Store Credits:

We are happy to provide a store credit voucher for a change of mind on full price purchases.  Your store voucher can only be used in our store, is valid for two years and can be used for a series of purchases.

In order to qualify for a store credit the same eligibility criteria applies:

  1. Your item still has the tag attached, and the original plastic packaging it came in
  2. Your item has not be washed, worn or altered in any way
  3. You have lodged your return with us via email at info@linensandtreasures.co.nz within 10 days of delivery.
  4. Your item was not purchased as a final sale or clearance item
  5. Your item is not earrings, cosmetics, fragrances, and toiletries

 

Faulty Stock:

We keep strict quality control measures to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. However, if you do receive something faulty, please email us right away with photos of the fault so we can fix this for you as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping:

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless faulty.  Faulty stock must be reported to us via email before items are returned  (info@linensandtreasures.co.nz) with photos within 10 days of delivery.
