Your online order will be packed and dispatched within 3 - 4 days of us receiving it. In most cases, however, it will be packed the following day. During peak times (e.g. during sales or promotions, or in the lead up to Christmas ) this time frame may be extended slightly.
If you have an urgent time frame for your order, please reach out to us on info@linensandtreasures.co.nz and we will do our best to accommodate.
When we dispatch your order you will receive an email notification advising you of the Pass The Parcel tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your parcel through to delivery at the shipping address provided. If your parcel has not arrived within 6 business days from the date of order, please email us at info@linensandtreasures.co.nz so that we may look into further for you.
New Zealand Shipping: Orders within New Zealand will be sent via Pass the Parcel courier service.

We currently do not automatically ship outside of New Zealand. If you wish to purchase from our store and you live outside of New Zealand, please email us at info@linensandtreasures.co.nz so that we can arrange an individual shipping quote for you.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment through AfterPay.
If you would like to collect your order from our store in Rolleston, Christchurch please select the click and collect option at checkout. If you select this option, your order will be available for collection within 24 hours during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm). You will receive an email notification when you order is ready for pick up.
Important Note: Our inventory system will only allow you to select the Click and Collect option if all of the items in your cart are available at our Rolleston Store.
